Introduction

APE means “fire” in the Ainu language. Inspired by the dynamic volcanic energy of the Niseko mountain range, this is a sparkling sake with a bold sense of place. Bourbon-barrel maturation brings rich, toasted aromas and a deep, layered finish. It goes beyond the traditional boundaries of sake, offering a glimpse into a new world of sake.
