The tour conductor mentioned that Brazil's national spirit "Cachaça" has a very high alcohol content and that Brazilians can handle their drinks well. True to their words, it was truly impressive to see guests drinking sake from cups in shot-like fashion.
Everyone carefully compared the different sake, with many guests showing keen sensitivity to the nuances in flavor. We would be delighted if this event helped convey even a small part of sake's appeal.
