This is a modern medium-bodied sake with a classic touch. The aroma has a rich, classic scent reminiscent of vanilla, yet when tasted, it delivers a refreshing and light mouthfeel. While firm, it also offers a honey-like sweetness that is simply enchanting. Within its creamy, dairy-like texture, a refined acidity adds structure, creating a balance between richness and sharpness. Brewed using Yamadanishiki rice organically grown in collaboration with contract farmers in southern Hirado, this sake brings out the rice’s softness and balance to the fullest. Enjoy it at various temperatures and paired with different dishes.
