Introduction

Limited seasonal bottle that is released in March. After production start in 2017 it directly won the Platinum Award at the KURA MASTER 2017 held in Paris, as well as the President's Award, the highest award. Using 50% polished Omachi rice from Okayama, it has an excellent balance of delicate fruity aroma and beautiful flavor, making it an excellent food sake that goes well with both Japanese and Western cuisine.
