Introduction

This Junmai Ginjo sake, created by the 11th generation of a storied sake brewing family, broke new ground in an era when "food sake" was a novel concept. It is the fruit of exhaustive research to craft a sake that pairs seamlessly with both Japanese and Western dishes. Characterized by its sophisticated pineapple-like aroma and silky taste, it possesses a refined medium body with a flavor that elegantly persists. Earning widespread recognition, it won the top prize at the SAKE COMPETITION for two consecutive years, the largest sake contest globally. It also claimed the Trophy Award in the Junmai Ginjo category at the 2019 INTERNATIONAL WINE CHALLENGE, the world's most prestigious wine competition, along with the "Champion" title in the SAKE category, achieving global best status thrice. Additionally, it secured the Gold Prize at the Kura Master 2022, a prestigious competition judged by French sommeliers, underscoring its exceptional quality and international acclaim.
