The Brewery
Founded in 1868, this brewery operates under the concept of "Brewing Happiness," aiming to bring joy to customers through their sake. They mill all their rice in-house using advanced techniques like flat rice polishing and microbubble rice washing to enhance flavor. The brewery offers six sake brands: "HOUJUN MUJIN TAKACHIYO" for young enthusiasts, "59Takachiyo" for beginners, "SHIN TAKACHIYO" with low alcohol for day drinking, "KORYU" to enrich meals, and "MAKIHATA," made with locally sourced rice from Minami-Uonuma, highlighting a new era of agriculture.
