The Brewery
This talented brewery, guided by the motto “Sake brewing is a combination of science, taste, and passion!”, excels in both scientific and traditional approaches. Over a decade ago, the brothers took over brewing and abolished the “Toji” system. Their lineup ranges from aromatic modern sake to rich Yamahai-style sake. They've won gold medals at the National New Sake Competition and at the Fukuoka National Taxation Bureau's prestigious sake competition. The brewery is a leading player among Fukuoka's emerging sake producers.
