Introduction

Limited Junmai Daiginjo, which has returned after the brewery has been almost fully destroyed in an landslide in 2013, was served at the Japan-Russia summit meeting held in Yamaguchi Prefecture in 2016. The clear taste and elegant Ginjo aroma are produced by using 40% polished Yamada-Nishiki and fermenting slowly at a low temperature. It is a Junmai Daiginjo that truly lives up to its name, “Ichiban” (Number one).
