It opens with a refreshing aroma reminiscent of apples, followed by a burst of fresh, juicy sweetness and rich rice umami. Balanced by a pleasant bitterness and acidity, this sake pairs well not only with Japanese cuisine but also with Western dishes. Best enjoyed chilled in a wine glass.
