Introduction

A limited-edition Junmai Daiginjo brewed with flower yeast derived from the “Princess Michiko” rose, which was gifted by Queen Elizabeth to Empress Michiko of Japan (now Empress Emerita). As of November 2024, only 12 sake breweries are authorized to use this rare yeast. It captivates with its refined elegance, vibrant fragrance, and smooth, rounded flavor. The noble ginjo aroma, mellow sweetness, and long, lingering finish are its standout characteristics.
