Introduction

This Junmai Daiginjo uses Yamada Nishiki rice from Itoshima, Fukuoka Prefecture, which has a comparable quality as the rice grown in Hyogo. With the rice being polished down to 38%, the sake shines with its elegant and aromatic characteristics.
